My grandma and grandpa are italian emigrants from Italy to Brazil (where I live and was born), I grew up thinking we have italian similarities and traditions but it’s another country, even though this, it must be very different from Italy, but this was like a hug, I really felt embraced by my roots, This video felt like home, you look like my family, I’m so happy youtube recommended me this video!

When I was in Italy last summer I asked for hot chocolate in one of the pasticcerias, and I remember vividly the bewilderment of the barista since they apparently didn‘t offer it during the summer 😂 Sadly I don‘t like coffee, so I ordered a juice and cornetto, which was filled with pistacchio creme and nougat. That was by far the most delicious brioche ever and I still dream about it…

Just got through the breakfast. Honestly, if you skip the wine in the porridge (weird!) it should be delicious. Maybe add yogurt or more sheep milk. And...maybe a teaspoon of vinegar not 1/4 cup ;) Otherwise - fun experiment!
